These terms cover your use of Stewr. By using the app you agree to them.

What Stewr is

Stewr helps you pause before purchases and see the money you keep. It's a behavioral tool, not financial, investment, or tax advice. Your decisions are your own.

Your account

You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign in secure.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app, don't try to break or overload it, and don't use it for anything unlawful.

Use at your own risk

Stewr is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error free, or that any number it shows is exact. You use it at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to Stewr is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or 50 euros. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including any purchase decision you make.

Changes and termination

We may update the app or these terms. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms. You can stop using Stewr and delete your account any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights you have under EU or Dutch law.
